EDIT (10/23): Blizzard has nerfed all ilvl 44 gear from Apexis Crystal "assault" rares except for rings/necks/cloaks even ones obtained prior to them hot fixing new drops. Best of luck on farming your BC dungeon gear and socketed crafting gear!

Does anyone know of socketed bracers that a level 19 could obtain? Only TBC bracers I have found were from a dungeon quest in Shadow Labyrinth, but the quest said it required level 20.

Yea only Garrison pieces that don't have a level requirement appear to be the ring and gloves. All the other tokens create a piece of gear that has a level requirement of 36.

@Fxv What level? I was able to hit a 2,550 Bite on a 19 target dummy a couple days ago. Using Armored Elekk Tusk of course.

All good @Warglave :)! @ warriors302 try clicking on my wowhead link to it in my new write up about it. It shows a few of its spawn locations, I'm not sure if its a 100% spawn at each location, but I found mine at the southeastern spawn in Shadowmoon Valley. Hope that helps.

Something goofy is going on here. My two ideas based on what other have said are 1. The rares have been up since before the hotfix still dropping ilvl 44 loot. Or 2. Chromie timeline matters? Someone said they were still getting ilvl 44 loot on TBC timeline. I think its the first option really...

Is this still gated behind needing a level 2 Lumber Mill? If so it seems that a level 19 is unable to do this as we cannot upgrade the lumber mill to level two as they are gated behind Spires of Arak quests.

Yea I have no clue how programming stuff like this works, but I know all items have an item ID so I'm curious as to why it is only affecting newly dropped pieces rather than the ones we already have too. Just is interesting to me! We'll see how long it last!

^^This is a valid observation - makes sense to me. Because I received a ilvl 45 ring from one of these mob 12 minutes ago on my 19 twink. So I guess they are being nerfed. I wonder why the ones we currently have didn't go down in iLvl.

I guess it would make sense if they had to patch each item individually.
