There's not much if any f2p activity on that realm as far as i could see the time I made a char there. Agrammar is your best bet if you're horde, nice activity on there. I think twisting nether is where ally f2ps play.

There are some Germans on eu that have been making all (or nearly all) hunter teams for wsg and they win about 50/50. I know hunters are a bit op if they see you first but I think the whole thing is a bit overhyped.
