I farmed my Red Winter Hat at Fray Island last year. Mobs spawn fast, they're easy to kill(lvl15-350hp) and they drop decent loot. Here it is :D I'm going there now to farm for the green one! Edit: You can farm Booty Bay, Everlook and Gadgetzan reputation by killing the monsters there.
