Is it worth buying the latest expansions, "Mists of Pandaria", "Warlords of Draenor", "Legion" and do i still get the Character boosts?

If gliders and speedpots compensate for your gameplay, i guess that can be good. In my own opinion Gliders and Speedpots are Repugnant.
