Well that's why I went with equiped ilvl, not people who buy BOE weapons to boost their item level. :P

It's based on BOE level, not on avg ilvl/equiped ilvl. All ilvl are correct. I have added your other characters to the list, they will be updated later today.

I don't recommend any of those classes, you listed the worst twinking classes for 101. :P

I unlocked boxes on 101, traded them to my 110 and opened them there.

I haven't picked up a single chest in legion yet, might be a good idea to start on that. ^_^

I tried that before with something else, I was eventually asked to stop harassing the GMs because they already answered my question 100 times. :P

I was unable to transfer the mount from my highmountain rep satchel aswell, they said "you should consider leveling to 110".

I have transfered my Hunter after obtaining the relics, they remained untouched.

^ this.. I mean, i wont care. I already got both of my relics.. but still. :P
