I had an inkling this would be the case. I've wanted to mess around with sword/board arms but not rerolling to do so. Too bad Mok doesn't provide strength. These are the types of builds I enjoy discussing most :)

I prefer ef on sham, even using elemental blast. Try both out as it's preference really. I'd never use agi on offhand but +4 wep dmg and ef is a nice compromise. I see @JadeFire is rocking much more mastery than I atm, the enh "ele" build sounds fun, but I see that role playing more support.

Very dependent on class/spec as well as build. I’d like to test elemental blast with weapon damage enchants, but crusader is obv bis for str classes . +damage, ef and dancing steel all look promising for druid/rogue but I play neither at 20.

Was gonna say, I haven't gotten the rings or neck I'd prefer, but I've had pretty good luck farming. Just make sure to switch zones to get different rings/trinks as they're unique. I use Highmountain/Stormheim typically, though I do like the spot in Val'Sharah as well

I was replying mobile and seems he's ele now /shrug. Mok/Cudgel mh definitely increases elemental blast dmg significantly and may make mastery more fun to play with :p

Interesting... I haven’t tested the difference the weapon speed made for elemental blast, though I did notice the increase in white damage. I can agree that blackout’s proc rate is garbage though. this may make crit builds a bit more fun..

I've tested several specs I enjoy to no avail, which artifact tmogs have you used? I'm also testing world drops and so far am happy with destiny. Epic Mok has higher damage range than ilvl 34 artifact and allows a proc offhand as you suggest. I'm using Blackout Truncheon atm as it has 3...
