Not sure we will ever see warforged or socketed items below 110, with the exception of those 101 BoEs. The 101 BoEs are strange because they're higher than the BoEs at level 102, 103, and even higher than BoEs that require level 109, with them being the exact same ilvl as BoEs that require level...
