I haven't done a shaman build but I did make this hunter which has 10k hp. I don't think 6k is remotely enough for this bracket. I don't exactly stack hp either, just 12 stam gems in every blue slot.

Personally I would go Powerful Earthstorm Diamond. Getting stunned is about the only thing that shuts you down - your kit is plenty brutal on it's own. But I'm fairly convinced that's the only meta anyone should run in PvP.

BTW I was able to get the heroic key to Coilfang zones and paid a warlock for a Nether from Slave Pens. Offered 400 in LFG chat, got an instant response (may have over paid hehe) and had my nether an hour later.

I've had insta pops in the bracket so far on my Ally warrior. Was wondering if anyone has managed to score a primal nether in advance of the engy goggles coming out. I'm doing pickup dungeons and trying to pay people off to pass on it when it drops but it's quite the ordeal so far.

Any wargame spec will perform excellent in pugs, but not the other way around. Doesn't make any sense to me to build a list that ignores the most competitive environment, and even if we don't wargame much that is the pinnacle of why many of us twink. Folks are welcome to make their own builds...

100% agree I've argued many times BiS is subjective and preface the list by saying it's not definitive. Maybe I should add some more detail to make sure folks remember to think for themselves :]

Erm... Thanks? You don't even have Feral Charge in your FC build. Do you know how this works? FYI Everyone should obviously have things like Rocket Helm and Skull in the pocket but the lists are setup to show BiS when things are on CD. Deadman's wasn't supposed to come out until Phase 2 so...

The default preset? Are you talking about the EP presets on Seventyupgrades? If so those are just stat weights used for recommending gear. You definitely cannot tweak the built in scaling formulas which are to my knowledge accurate relative to tbc beta.

Is seventyupgrades not giving you enough info? It's a perfect place to check scaling and whatnot.

MHotD isn't even a consideration for enhancement, it has all caster stats. Goldminer's is expanding your hit table by 5.5% vs anyone who parries and 2.75% vs everyone else. Possibly the single most OP item for enhance tbh. PoD procs are a must, SoJ is a good backup but it's not going to get you...

Scaling is always terrible for 'instant' attacks like weapon procs. Also you can't do BC enchants on unearthed bracers.
