The gem you’re looking for is nightmare tear. It’s a bit inconsistent sometimes where it will read as +1, +6, or +10 depending on where you view it, but the actual value is +6. Keep in mind this applies to main stats and stamina, not haste/vers/crit.

Honestly lagging a bit behind the other dps specs. Dmg is sub par to other melee classes and lack of an interrupt is really rough. Balance and resto druid are both great, though

Shaman is a good pick, super strong as ele and resto. Enhance damage is off the charts but a bit hard to land because you're squishier than most melee
