Not true, just did it on my main without purchased legion and was able to just run there on my paid level 20 twink. once i went there on my f2p the whole zone phased tho.. suppose it should still be possible with some special tricks like the ebon hand tabard back in the day ^^

Must have missread i guess, thought OP was curious on how to do this on a lower level character as they dont have acces to the scenario and the vendor by that right? Atleast i wasn't able to see the vendor or any of the other legion mobs near the docks on my lower levels xd

F2ps can now repair invasion gear, also the costs are accurately scaled for lower levels besides f2p yaaay :^))!

i applied a ticket about this a few days ago aswell and the GM told me that even with the special GM button they couldn't repair fully broken gear. he said that they were working on it and that i should be able to repair the gear as a f2p later.. so yeah suppose all we can do is wait, curious...

as of right now i think there's nothing intresting we(or others in lvl 10-60) can get with the marks besides a few heirlooms and some random gems. think it would be very cool if we could buy the bg crates for a few marks at some vendor in the main city. like maybe 5 marks for 1 crate? and maybe...

Laptops suck dont go there, go for like a gtx 960 geforce gpu and make sure you have a pci express cable from your cpu to power it and you'll be golden for a while with low graphic games like wow :p
