No, WoD dungeon gear has always been able to proc epic. When it's back to proper level anyone can go grind it out. 29, 20, 10... just a matter of RNG and perserverence but it's not all that uncommon to get 1-2 every couple runs. I dont know why different types of gear scale to different ilvls...

Are you getting 79 and 83 from the same mob? In SL story leveling, the zones are(were?) level restricted so one zone would drop higher ilvl than another... could be that still, maybe? A remnant? I dont know how it works now, TBH, didnt look into it. edit- and that trinket is freeking awesome, i...

Those 2 dungeons count as Cata dungeons, i think... not a reason, just a coincidence. So got some TBC gear on a 30 and the speed bonus from the gems drops off pretty steep pretty quick. Only got 1-2 more gems than we had here and was only getting maybe 2% per gem at that point, probably...

Hopefully they fix the drop level soon, then WoD should be back to normal... always been giving epics, the sockets for low levels are pretty new tho. Right now TBC gear is giving sockets and tertiary stats.... but on level 30 items. We'll see how that pans out.

I got ilvl 86 boss loot last night, wtf. Unfair. Blizz sucks. All you Mfkrs are evil and i hate you stop ruining our bracket.... until i get a piece and then its "fair"..... sucks for everyone else. That's how it works, right? :Kappa:

I think it was intentional, but quite a while ago. May have been reverted and just a bug now, but not sure on that.
