They weren't ilvl 59 pre patch, I think they were ilvl 16 then? Or maybe even like 13-14? Hopefully blizz will update old enchants to the new ilvl increases, but until then you're out of luck if you waited.

what you need is having no bracket existing where locked XP toons can queue into crappy f2play and levelers to faceroll them whenever they choose... Problem is that we need that so many years ago when every bracket except this one got that. And died when the bulk of their bracket came here to...

Not for anyone but f2play, tho. edit- and vets, of course. Any locked level toon is going to (eventually) outgear even 29 levelers, its' a terrible idea for anyone but you. Of course you think it's a good one....

Not really feeling that it will this time, only for the fact that it shouldnt impact normal leveling or PvP too much. Definitely more threat from PvE, kids getting bent that a twink was running and killing the dungeon too fast, boo hoo.... I think in PvP that the gear itself becomes too weak...
