It appears that you will be able to grab all the weapons, though some people have reported issues with that on some classes.

The difference between 19 & 20 gear is 1 item lvl and a few extra dungeons. There is no discernable difference at this time.

If you look at the stats on the PVP gear though, it appears like it is scaling correctly, only the ilvl seems to be really screwed up.

That and many other weapons will be craftable due to the new relics of the past system.

That's pretty close to true, but not quite since there is a floor on many of the world BoE Epics. They won't scale below 37/38 without GM interference. See this post made back when farming this gear was relevant...

In a different direction, would anyone be interested in me adding lvl 20s to this guide? Or making a separate one for 20s?

I just made an interesting discovery. I was on one of my 120's the other day doing party sync BGs in the 20's bracket. I looked at my mount speed, thinking it would be 100% because I'm a 120, but it was only 60% like everyone else. I think the answer to this perceived problem already exists...

HoA can't be enchanted, but azerite potentially can, depending on if it is ilvl 44 or below.

Listen, I get it. It was hard to lvl my GF'd 39 to 42. It felt so wrong. But this isn't the time to let your sentiments get in the way. At this point in the development cycle, there is ZERO CHANCE the lvl squish is not happening... What will make this is easier is to grp up with other 19s. Go...

I would say yes. The reason being that both 19s and 29s are being squished to way below 19 in SL, and unless you plan on NEVER PLAYING those characters again, your only choice is to level to 40 and grab riding while you still can.

Ah yes, that one makes me incredibly sad. ZG enchants have a req lvl of 25 now...

I have not tested weap dmg yet, but ele force looks very strong. As best I can tell, the only enchanting enchants that don't appear to work are the neck enchants.
