You should grab Pandaria LW for the leg enchants. They are the only ones that work below lvl 30. You train it (1 point) and you have them. And you can drop the profession afterwards

Right now, scaling is still buggy and some NPCs don't appear w/o Chromie time. Perhaps this will get fixed, but for now, enabling Legion Chromie time is the surest way to ensure a smooth questing experience.

The BFA ring enchants are GF'ed in the sense that if you had it on a ring prior to the pre patch, you can now no longer apply those enchants to low lvl rings. However, it's just swag because those enchants DO NOT give stats, so IMO you should replace them with Legion enchants to gain a stat.

If you lock xp as 10, and start gearing with the Shattrath gear and Legion gear, you do insane dmg relative to 19. Of course you don't have very many abilities, so the trade off may not be worth it.
