I only have a 29 Ret Bloodangel, that I can barely stand to play, just about half ass geared. This is about 99% of my horde interaction... could be the time of day I que, etc. But this is basically it... we had a fucking dude on the team wearing the expeditionary gear in this game.

That does not show how many times the armor procced or that when it procced did it actually matter or did you just "get" some body you were gonna kill anyway. I think that it's a dueling item at best.
