That's not true, Primary stat is very important for alot of classes atm, and the primary stat is the lowest stat on those rings. Unless they scale extremely high, they wont be bis for alot of characters.

When you tele back it puts you right outside the instance, works for many dungeons, like bfd.

Had 3 in about 300+_ runs, I like to farm on a druid so i don't have to run back to reset, Moonglade tele ftw.

This. And <3 Shadow focus ToV will always be best main hand dagger. Off hand is for the stats mainly, not as much the weapon damage

P2P 20s are able to play for free after they get gear, but you cant play a 19 for free.... I play the 20-29 bracket as a P2P 20. If I was to play 19s i would only be able to BG in the weekends.

ToV Main hand, BVB off hand. Special attacks are based off weapon damage and ToV has the highest weapon dmg range. (When scaled)
