It is a terrible Legendary for a 101 Twink, use guard consumables. You only get 160k-200k shields from that Legendary as a 101 Twink unless you are a tank.

No, we also miss a shit ton. The reason why casters are worse is because some skills are channeled which is a break away from up time DPS/DPH rotation.

Off the topic, but if a twink has 850-860 ilvl and they are farming BoE Epics would the droppable Epic be at or higher than 850-860 ilvls? What the question is does your BoE drop act as an upgrade or does it drop lower ilvl gear than you have?

I think he may mean total hours played 1-110 perhaps. Not sure myself. On average you should be able to hit 100-110 in about 4-5 hours boosting time though, so not sure what your played time was prior to that. Regardless of that, glad you enjoyed the twink leveling experience. ^_^
