Nice! Yeah it seems to have a really random proc chance, some times its my first cast sometimes its 25 casts later ( I do wait for the ICD) but heartsong procs off FoL Judge and Shield, Shadowmoon also procs on Sheild and Judge so its not to hard to get both procs after each other. Im still...
