Correct: F2P - never have access to trade window, AH, or mailbox Veteran - does not have access while sub is inactive.

F2P (starter edition accts) and Veteran (xp-on with inactive sub) 20s play in xp-on BGs. So for people who want random BG pops these 2 options are very attractive.
