I used lvl14 relics for my lvl14 toons, lvl16 for my lvl16 toons and lvl19 for my lvl19.. Was just curious if lower lvl relic can be used, so I tried on my lvl29 using 1 lvl26 and 1 lvl29 relic, it works.. Still giving the weapon ilvl54.. So I assume all lower relic can be used

Just tested.. On a lvl29.. The ilvl54 gives a significant higher dmg on aim shot than on a hellscream bow, at lvl29 it's showing this difference, I would assume on a lvl14 it will be even more significant increase If tune properly, the ilvl54's aim shot shows about 1600+, a hellscream config...

It's a rare occurrence there's no hunters in a bg. I had 16 hunters (lvl14) gotten that high ilvl relic today, will throw them into bg once finish gearing
