only thing that comes to mind when it comes to trinkets is https://www.wowhead.com/item=185846/miniscule-mailemental-in-an-envelope?bonus=6805 and i’m not sure that you can get it any way. also, too bad that weapon slots are occupied, there are several “letter opener” weapons.

You can access those later at any time, i think in Dragynslayer’s dungeon hero guide there’s a description on how to do that.

pick up tailoring, make buncha stuff, DE, profit. alternatively, you can level classic enchanting somewhat easily of you are horde: buy starter island weapons from provisioner jintaka, de, level ench to 100 with mats, go to stonetalon peaks, do the quests till you can buy boots from...

it’ leather -> lighter than plate -> more movespeed probably

on a relatively more serious note, @tence do you find circle, fist and price all neccessary? seems a bit of an overkill for me, but i’m not really a healer player.
