Hello, my friends. Last time I tried playing 19 on F2P, I could lock xp with no problem, but as soon as I did, I became unable to queue for RDF, Arenas and Battlegrounds. It said "starter edition accounts are not unable to perform this action". I guess that was the way of Blizzard not letting...
