you can force certain dungeons if you have character(s) of specific levels at your disposal, but it doesn't seem to be possible for 19s at a glance (both wc and rfc have min 15 ...), and the ones you can force (sfk & bfd) aren't exactly fast ones either

cloak belts for 19s neck gloves for 29s spaulders (only for cloth and rogues/druids) rings for 39s

iirc blackberryy's still running his 70s show project somewhere on classic and theres also some 60s (and, iirc 70s) pve action on mOMEGALULtelwOMEGALULw (aka warlame), not entirely sure just exactly how active it is, might be on the same level of Deadge as classic fwiw

can confirm this general sentiment. i haven't the slightest in vanilla but know quite a bit about wotlk and lets just say, classic is a crude approximation at best (beyond their intentional™ changes™). in fact, there's better pservers out there that are more faithful than classic are. as for...
