    This thread has my endorsement.

    Critic my 80...

Sockets. Get more sockets. It's all about the sockets. Then fill those sockets with +strength gems. Also gear from Burning Crusade dungeons scales up to level 80. So a lot of that will be BiS. I believe there's a set that procs strength. Look for that. Basically look through all the gear from...

    Jewelcrafting Necklace Buffs

There appears to be a bunch of craftable necklaces from jewelcrafting which give buffs such as: https://www.wowhead.com/item=24117/embrace-of-the-dawn https://www.wowhead.com/item=24106/thick-felsteel-necklace https://www.wowhead.com/item=24121/chain-of-the-twilight-owl...

Flask Of Pure Death / Flask of Blinding Light super OP?

53 intellect is better than 56 spellpower because of the 10% intellect mage buff. It increases intellect, not spellpower. That means with the buff 53 intellect becomes 58. For level 70+ with draenor flying, you can also eat the Tanaan Jungle fruit which gives 5% all stats and stacks with the...

Flask Of Pure Death / Flask of Blinding Light super OP?

My 89 balance druid. Funny thing is flask of distilled wisdom is better than anything else for casters until level 100.

Flask Of Pure Death / Flask of Blinding Light super OP?

Has anyone tried https://www.wowhead.com/item=22866/flask-of-pure-death or https://www.wowhead.com/item=22861/flask-of-blinding-light lately? I'm wondering if each school has been changed to just be spellpower and the effect would be multiplied by 3. Thus giving 147 spellpower. Anyone try this...

Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest - Proc rate and other info

So I got my https://www.wowhead.com/item=71086/dragonwrath-tarecgosas-rest! It's pretty neat. Unfortunately the proc is not quite as good as I was expecting. Here is what I've found: TL;DR 9% proc chance on dots against a level 85 Only dots proc and not direct damage spells Does not proc...

Feedback wanted: Look at my mage

So looks like it's going to be another week. Apparently you must survive the fight with Ragnaros to get the Heart of Flame, which I thought only applied to non-heroic difficulty. I'll be playing it safe next week and doing it on 10 man regular to ensure that I survive the fight. Just...

    BiS Engineering Belt Attachment

The problem with the run speed attachment (https://www.wowhead.com/spell=55016/nitro-boosts) is that it shares a cooldown with +stat potions such as https://www.wowhead.com/spell=114757/potion-of-the-jade-serpent which in my opinion are much better. If it wasn't for shared cooldowns, I'd...

    BiS Engineering Belt Attachment

What do you guys think is the best engineering belt attachment for PvP? Currently I'm using the "mind control" one. It has a long cooldown (10 minutes) but it's not shared with anything else and it gives you a nice little CC. Note that it's not like priest mind control. It's more like a rogue's...

Feedback wanted: Look at my mage

Ok, maybe I'm wrong about simultaneous trinket procs. I guess I just assumed since "on use" trinkets share cooldown that "chance on hit" trinkets would as well. I'm using the ghost iron dragonling on my 99 twink because it was better than what I had and I had a bunch of extras laying around...

Feedback wanted: Look at my mage

If I'm not mistaken, trinket chance on hit procs which increase stats all share an internal cooldown. So having two chance on hit trinkets wouldn't make sense. Unless of course I'm incorrect about that. Also, you're looking at my 99 twink not my 89 druid twink (Docturphil on Cho'gall).

US Horde twinks who leave when losing

To me, getting people to leave is a badge of honor; a sign that I've pwnd them good; a trophy to display in a glass case. People can /afk out all they want. Most of the time I literally laugh out loud when they do. And I make it a point to never, ever ever /afk out myself. No matter how hard...

Dark Iron Sunderer - Anyone try it?

No negative armor? Well that's too bad. So if that's the case it wouldn't make sense to have more than one. But still, I don't see any reason to assume the proc rate is the same as the weapons you're using. I mean they very well may be, but if the proc rate is high enough to be reliable, say...

Dark Iron Sunderer - Anyone try it?

Are they unreliable though? What if the proc chance is 50% with no internal cooldown? Seems like it's at least worth some investigating. If negative armor is a thing and you can proc it twice we might be looking at a ~50% damage increase on physical attacks.

Dark Iron Sunderer - Anyone try it?

So I was looking at weapon procs on wowhead and this one looked interesting: https://www.wowhead.com/item=11607/dark-iron-sunderer A proc that reduces armor by 264. A fully geared plate twink doesn't even have that much armor at 59. So has anyone tried this weapon? Does it work? If it does...

Feedback wanted: Look at my mage

Yeah I don't believe it would proc at 110. From what I've been able to gather the proc rate drops off gradually per level until it hits 0%. From my estimations it looks to be around a ~0.4% drop in proc rate per level. So it would hit 0% at level 108. This is based on reports from a reliable...

Feedback wanted: Look at my mage

I'd say the legendary staff is better. Proc rate is supposed to be around ~9% at level 85. That's essentially a straight up 9% damage increase from the proc alone. Even if that staff of wizardry had 100% uptime on the haste boost the legendary staff still probably wins. 14% haste (assuming 100%...

    Disruptive Behavior?

I'm assuming you're talking about actual WoW and not these forums. Blizzard is notorious for being overly extreme with their suspensions and bans. They offer you the option to appeal, but if you're just appealing a temporary suspension then you're wasting your time. Their decisions are...
