Very Possible these characters predate the last Armory update that happened sometime in Legion, and are on an account that is still being paid for to avoid a inactive armory. The first character listed has 30,000 Achievement points, some of which were earned February 27th 2020.

I don't mean to discredit your post, but for a player who doesn't even macro a wall jump to my keyboard the Saw jump that is mentioned 3-4 times in your post on Horde roof can be done fairly easy like riding a bike it is all cognitive memorization, sure someone with a macro can do it 10x faster...
