All my 99 are around 730 ilvl or better keeping in their proper class-type armor, i'm not sure how you're going to get them to 820 when the best non-4-quest drops are 746. I have not, however, played more than 2 games on any to verify.

Just gonna throw out there as well, you dont have to solo NL for chests. Everyone in the instance gets the chest. So if you have guildmates or friends or strangers that you can play frequently with that already have 101 speed-farmers, any level thru 109 will just make it go that much faster...
