With the recent change to dungeon drops proc'ing epic. You don't need BOE's anymore. Yes they are still BIS because they are ilvl 151, but epic dungeon gear at 99 can proc 149 (assuming you are talking about 99 twinking). Now it will take a while to get the gear unless you have someone carrying...

Well the only thing I do with my twinks are random dungeons, I.E. and raids; so this won't affect me at all. That's a load off my chest. They never actually fixed the BG XP off/on macro, because its on client side not server side.

I just finished a random dungeon on PTR, solo que'd with XP off. No one in the group had a debuff. Ran RFC and by the end two in the group leveled up. So I don't think the debuff affects solo ques.

I was thinking about this today. The best way to boost is the method stated above. Even UmrenTV has many videos on how to do it. By rounding up a dungeon, dropping an ox status and leaving group, which allows the rest of the party to DPS the mobs down and get 100% of the XP. So this 'Blizz fix'...

Wow, so how is this going to affect the few twinks who just PvE? We are going to be hated just as much as the BG twinks now. I don't even boost or sell runs. I just like doing randoms, but as soon as the group sees the debuff they are going to kick me. WTF.

I took my time and did one zone a day, finishing all three zones, chests, warfront and rares in three days. You could realistically finish all the zones in two days if you are pushing it.

See this is exactly what Blizz wants us to do. Fight amongst ourselves, while they ruin the game for us twinks over trivial stuff that 'normal' players reported; because they don't like/understand us. If twinks could ever work together, we might actually be taken seriously.

You know if Blizzard never implemented scaling mobs, this wouldn't be an issue. Ironicly they incorperated scaling because people were leveling through content too fast, and now look what's happening.

OP can we get an update to this list? Four of these toons are 120 and most of these ilvls are different now. Its been over a month since last update.
