It would be these enchantments, under the weapons section. They say "enchant a melee weapon" and unless I'm mistaken, they don't work for the legion artifact staves.

I'm curious as to what enchantment would be best for a mage, as in the guide you specify two melee enchantments. Does anybody know this?
