From my understanding guardian druids don't have the same healing capabilities as resto. They also take more damage because they are a tank class which is fine at endgame because of defensive CDs but at 19 you dont have the defensive CDs making most tank classes obsolete. Although i only have tried the corehound i can confirm that the bloodlust ability is only usable lvl 20 and up so i would assume it works the same with the other exotic abilities.

Finally got into an AV dawnblade scales to 7 which is 1 more than BoA mace. Also fine leather pants scale to 15 stam which is 2 more than the BoA pants.

i just want to have sets for multiple scenarios and this one is for when i am turtleing in bear with a healer where i am staying in bear the entire time this set will be equipped
