I have no idea why'd you would want a BiS fury PvE/PvP Chardev, Fury in my eyes is not viable at 70, perhaps in pve, but there would be no point, yes you could run through raids, but this would only take up a few hours of your game time each week, and there is no point in running through Hc's...
