Played a wargame, and it seems that the stats are unchanged, idk if it's the same in a real arena game, but probably not.

I feel like at lower amounts of resilience, I have more resi than what I would have before, like 45% to 55%, however, but at higher amounts, you will get less, like Valencia said, 90 to 74%.

A lvl 80 DK can SOLO most of Firelands, because of MoP items.

Warlocks can crit like hell with Chaos Bolt, my friend can crit like 8-9k on 60% resilient players.

Enhancement shaman is one of the squishiest speccs out there, but with quite alot of resilience I guess they are viable, but idk if they are better than ele shamans.

There is more skill going on from 1700-1900 than 1900-2100 because of all the fotm protpally/discs running around :/

Got the main hand warglaive on the first run :D However, the offhand refuses to drop, im at 32 runs atm...

The Unyielding Bracers and Belt is really nice if you want to stack alot of resilience.

Ravencrest, Outland and the Maelstrom does all have quite a few twinks on the Alliance side.

lvl 71 Windwalker Monks with double nifflevar axes are pretty strong.

Mages and Rogues are both pretty good atm, Rogues will be one of the best when 5.2 hits.

Atleast Shadow priest is getting a mobility nerf in 5.2, too bad Protection Paladins doesn't get a nerf aswell.

Stormreaver EU Have quite a lot of twinks.

It's sad that you can't even use Shadow Dance at lvl 70 anymore, combat got Adrenaline rush, but Subtlety doesn't have any offensive cooldowns atm.

The extra energy will be 30, not 50 from the setbonus, although I think it will be really good and I would recommend rogues to use the 4 pieces of the brutal set.
