True, my custom UI wasn't showing the unique tag. It does depend on class a bit, but crit diminishing returns are a facet of probability, and as you approach 50.01% chance to crit it becomes worth less and less.

There are +7 Agi/Int gems available at Honor Hold for 10 marks a piece. These contribute roughly the same damage increase as 5/5 gems at 20% crit chance. After ~20% Crit chance, the value of the crit diminishes and the extra +2 Agi/Int should provide a greater overall damage increase.
