Yes, they should be. But if you are looking for a "community" you won't find it outside Ruin. It might change in the future --- old twinks getting active again outside Ruin, but you never know.

BOA helm is "easy" to get - you have to farm this for a while, so for leveling, this is not a good option, unless you are very lucky. The problem I see with the hat is the 40 spirit, which is really, really nice for mana users - that might be the deal (and level req) breaker.

Thanks Llare - i just picked-up the pants. The BOA chest is 10 stam, 6 int, 6 crit - so it's pretty even. I will get the Seal of Argus and grab a Mindthrust when on AH (is this the one that used to be -stam +int?)
