I think as long as the the 5 players are grouped and in the area of the prisons, everyone will get rep regardless of who actually opens the prisons.

All those classes could do well in premade setting imo, except for arms warrior. You can view different sets for each class by Qing Gulch and looking at players' gear, or use wowhead filters.
