I use 2 destiny and full stam gems at 20. Works very well. sadly i dont have ilvl 49 so cant compare it with that

i also have 2 destiny swords at 20 and i 2nd all he is saying :) I prefer armsarifact + rivendare in offhand myself. Sometimes its fun with dual destiny :)

The part about proc is false. The proc is insane and is up a lot. Way higher uptime then crusader. I tested dual wield with 2 destiny alot.

My advice for new fury. Use arms artifact mainhand and rivendare offhand. Speed stack with minor speedenchant. Save yourself the farm for destiny. If u rly want them buy them instead. Also its ranged meta u habe to keep this in mind

i can confirm it procs alot and often the buff refresh iteself before end of buff duration

i mean u etiher get 2 procs as fury. swap to other weps and get 4 procs. Or if u use 1 wep u get 1 proc ofc, and swap the wep to get 2nd proc. U can't stack the proc from one wep. it will refresh at best
