    That's fair enough, though I'd want to point out that I haven't seen any healer/dps wargames get anywhere near dampening (at least at lvl70, wouldn't know about say lvl110-119).

    Rule of thumb, 2 secondary > 1 primary. In some specific cases 1 secondary can beat 1 primary but it's really unlikely to happen for most specs.

    Each gem has a roughly 5% chance to drop, afaik. So on average every 20 kills of a boss will give you 1 gem you actually want.
