Sorta implies you have a lot of uptime, with ranged kidney and a spamable ranged crip, Outlaw is by far better than Assassination. I know rupture does a lot of damage, however I feel like it's clunky and requires ramp up time.

From what I understand, gear doesn't really matter. Everyones going to be equal inside instances i.e. bgs/arenas. I was hearing something about ilvls taking a factor, but I think they're just gonna even everyones gear out so theoretically gear will not matter in legion for twinks anyway.

Prob just gonna end making a fresh war and equipping them. At this point they're not really worth much due to legion pre patch.

I got mine from the beginning of the dungeon, saw Caverndeep drop twice off the first boss in the same day. Could have been the 1st boss or the trolls up top before you parachute down. Literally have been trying 2 sell my pair for god knows how long haha
