I do not believe this will be fixed. Blizzard doesn't care about pre-patch events. It is what it is. Highly unlikely that it will be fixed in the next 8 days and anything after that you can forget about it. Typical that BIS twink gear will be grandfathered though. It's a shame that it is going...

I am pretty sure this buff is fixed. I was doing it for the 3rd time on my xp off 49 druid and it was removed off of me while I was holding the flag. I did not think much of it but now I cant get it to work again. They must have fixed it while I was in the bg lol.

at 49 Boa gear is Ilvl 54 and it has better stats than most stuff you can find at il 55. I am not sure how stats or item lvl works in bg anymore. I think stam is the only stat that matters and the rest is a buff that is stronger with il. I have no idea really tho.
