If we assume 100k is a high end point then feral could probably output ~60k. This is assuming it's a wargame obviously. These are estimates though, so I can't provide concrete evidence, it's just based off when I play feral against other people compared to balance.

Im pretty sure you can still enchant boe's with leg armor's just did it with the 4 agi and 2 crit one. It might just be nethercleft leg armor though.

My druid isnt that well geared but I was able to get pretty high dmg in a couple of bgs, after that I decided to check my recount and saw that 40% of my damage was moonfire and then 17% was elemental force. At that moment I realized that I was just a bootleg balance druid.
