But your Bloodlust broach means you can only do your burst every 2 minutes, hence the comment. Dragonspine trophy or Vestige can let you burst on every target you get onto. Every minute~ for Dragonspine and more often for Vestige. Yeah I thought it was pretty obvious, that's what the majority...

In an entire BG, you will get more out of a proc based build like mine, than you will from an active based build like yours. At least as Outlaw, I'm not sure you're familiar with the spec considering some of the things you've said. Outlaw doesn't have large periods of time with zero damage...

Coastal Surge is amazing, not sure if someone has mentioned it yet. Regularly procs for 1k over 10 seconds, 200 per 2 seconds. Ends up doing 7-10% of overall healing in BGs. Does Spinal Healing Injector share CD with BoA neck/endless healing potion?

Don't forget to do the Darkshore world quests, I got a 260 titanforged socket upgrade from the 210 bracer world quest NVM: I've been informed that those world quests are disabled now

So are 110s in their own bracket? I played a game earlier on a 111 enhance shaman with about 2 hours of quest gear https://puu.sh/BggRi/c2b621ecdc.png seems like the scaling makes 111 really fucking strong. I felt pretty tanky too, which is rare for enhance.

Did they fix PvP power? I just dueled someone and did like half the damage I did yesterday. Yep I think they fixed it, another twinking bracket ruined. BiS legion 99 twinks have only about 1.2k more hp and 70 more spellpower than their counterparts. Any other bracket suggestions?
