The thing is its better becuase people in the 110 bracket have hard ones for 100-110 boosting and pvp like perivously mentioned. Being 111 with BFA encahnts / leech / 110 scaled mobs is in deed the best for freehold boosting. I love world pvp on my 111 twink and dont think I do nearly as good as...

It is indeed 10% into 111 mobs will still scale to 110.

111 is better. BFA enchants / gems help alot.
