Yep, it's a good combination if you play both BG's and arena (on an AP user). I just stack a lot of them in between arena pops and then queue for BGs and just chug them throughout the games. I got the flask but i just like arena too much :Sadge:. EDIT: I know the shoulder enchant is not a game...

Hi, I would suggest trying to get some TbC dungeon 3 socket pieces (gloves, chest, shoulder, belt, boots … even pants since the OHF ones give bonus stats) and trying to socket some better gems in those. The extra stamina and str would help.
