Nope pure f2p. I don't know if you remember way back in the day when the anniversary event first came around, you could buy the rep tokens and you could get just enough rep to get friendly with tw badges from the lore quest. So I bought a tabard from wildhammer (RP baby!) rather than gambling on barrels of fish.

Similar with Dragonmaw Clan - these are two of the Cataclysm ones to get friendly with as the other factions are not as accessible even with the tokens.

Side Note - A Shaman may get along with Therazane as on their Enhancement Artifact quest they can get into Deepholm. Maybe not, I have to recheck it as I think the tabard vendor is locked out until one does the actual Deephom quest chain?
