Yep you're not missing out on the speed from Rivendare's blade and the poor healing it grants you already barely mattered. The green dragon whleps are much more useful. 2H tmogs are cool tho. This is the big tradeoff haha. The speed boost from kills doesn't seem to work (maybe a DCS bug?) but the haste proc sure does.
