Very tldr is a user tried to verify their rating / rank for a Dota custom game inside a discord (so they could have it officially recorded). They didn't follow the process correctly, got mad and sent death threats to the mods. Gets banned from the discord for toxic behaviour. Threatens them with a GDPR violation for handling user data.
