Have the time transferred to your other account. Just submit the ticket. They won't complain these days.

Usually more successful when you have more time on sub but never hurts to try. Make sure you specify that you want to transfer the time to another account if you open a ticket

Hadn't thought of presenting it like that. Thanks. Was gonna ask just to make my time "disappear", transfering it makes much more sense.
