iirc vibro specifically is a gnomer drop. You’d need a... level 22? I think? To get the max possible one IF it scales to level. But fair warning, ive been dicking around with one on my warrior and that bitch procs like once every 10 minutes if im lucky. If you’re going for armor pen and can use swords, phantom blade is a better option.
