how about f2ps who buy stuff from bliz store?

they are still f2p, f2p refers to the acc status, the acc status doesn't change when u buy a store mount.

but they aren't pure...

Pretty sure you can even buy xpacs for accounts and it doesn't change the account status

@Andre why are they not pure? pure is just a word people started using cuz vets though they were f2p, it has no meaning, it's not like there is unpure f2p.

I bought BFA during a sale for the character boost and applied it to a starter account and I'm pretty sure it stayed as Starter until I added GT a couple months later to make it my vet account. I could be misremembering though but yeah it was super weird

I am hereby willing to add a few extra rules to the whole account status thing when it comes to what is and isn't f2p.

Unpure f2p = linked f2p. Ppl use pure f2p bc linked f2p exists.

@ohti no, linked is linked, no one has ever called it unpure f2p. There is no need to add new names to them, it would just confuse newer players.

I never said that people call linked f2ps unpure f2ps... What I'm saying is that because linked exists there we use the term pure to identify f2p accounts that are their own Bnet, not linked to any other WoW accounts.
