so far looks like MANY legacy items will have their numbers reduced. no idea on scaling items. there are bfa trinkets from dungeons included, and SO many more items from raids, and random trinkets etc.... azerite powers nerfed a little too randomly. looks like they are finally finishing the level squish xD

theres spell data changes for almost everything. even stuff like the fizzlebangs folly. theres over 5k "uncategorized spells" in the usual wowhead spell changes post. not huge changes, my fizzlebang lvl 20 only has 3 less mastery on the ptr. still very ominous. also i linked a hand of ed from the appearance journal, and it showed as level 8, ilvl 29

on it currently. very weird shit. Ilvl25 blues all lost a stat/gained a secondary. like armsmasters locket gives 5 stam/23 vers instead of 6/22
