More specifically is the "also items awarded from every quest you have ever completed...... including items you may not have chosen"

I think the best part about this for me will hopefully be the ability to mog mail armor over leather / cloth BiS, instead of having to mix and match. Time will tell

It's obvious that they're not going to include everything you ever did, else I'm getting a ton of transmog gear from the old Azeroth quests (which I did do back then).

Especially because before Cataclysm revamp a lot of thse items from quest didn't have a requirement level (so you would be able to use it on all levels). Even now they're quest rewards left with no required level.

Time to go do the Loremaster if this is true to get all the high lvl transmog items with no lvl req

This is pretty HUGE to us that have already done all the old quests way before transmogrification came out. The only thing I really bother transmogrifying is shields, capes and weapons. There are a lot of nice quest shields in tBC that are impossible for me to get. And a few old Azeroth ones as well.
